Update 1/8/11

This update is mostly about the win screen. After spending quite some time drawing, i've made the win sprites for all chars similar to the arcade/ps2 version.
Bug fixes for Shin, Thouther (changed their speed back to normal), Kenshiro (fixed bug for mugen 1.0, i hope) and Toki (made the AI stop abusing Musou tensei and made Toki restore Kenoh's stars as he ressurects in the arcade mode). And changed Mr. Heart's AI level back to 2. He has way to many hitoverrides at level 1.
And other small updates that i don't remember to list at the moment.
